Tournament Watch | World ParaVolley Beach Volleyball World Championships

Nick Coburn, Brad Barclay and Japhy Duldig have finished fifth at the inaugural World ParaVolley Beach Volleyball World Championships in China.

Taking on tough opposition, the Australians didn’t manage a victory in the pool match or quarter-final, but improved throughout the tournament and eventually took down Poland 2 in the fifth-place playoff.

The Poland 1 team was crowned World Champions after a near-flawless tournament. They dropped just one set throughout the event in their pool match against runners up India, while Slovakia finished third.
