Volleyball Australia to partner with apparel supplier Erreà for its national teams
Volleyball Australia (VA) is proud to announce a multi-year partnership with apparel supplier Erreà Australia.
The four-year deal will see VA’s Men’s, Women’s, Beach Volleyroos and their staff outfitted in Sport Plus Erreà’s newest custom and stock items in both on-court and off-court attire.
“Sport Plus Erreà Australasia are proud to welcome back Volleyball Australia”, said Sport Plus Erreà Australasia’s George Aliferis.
“The four-year agreement will see the Australian National Volleyball Teams showcase the Erreà brand in a style unique to Volleyball Australia”.
VA’s athletes are already competing in Erreà uniforms all around the globe, with the Beach Volleyroos pairing of Mariafe Artacho del Solar and Taliqua Clancy coming away with their first World Tour win this year in Cancun in April, with the added support of Erreà.
The remaining Beach Volleyroos squad is currently preparing for the Continental Cup, an Olympic qualifying tournament, which is scheduled to be in Japan in June.
The Men’s Volleyroos are currently attending a training camp in Poland, in preparation for the Volleyball Nations League (VNL) in Italy. The excitement of being able to compete together again has only increased with the announcement of Erreà as preferred uniform supplier for the team.
“I’m really happy to be back together with the national team”, said Men’s Volleyroos VNL team captain Nehemiah Mote.
“The new playing gear looks great, and it is such an honour to pull on the green and gold for our country. It’s even better when we look good too!”.
The Women’s Volleyroos will be competing in the new Erreà kit this September at the 2021 Asian Championships, and the Australian Volleyball Academy which is based at the Australian Institute of Sport will be starting off their 2022 season in Erreà.
“The team at Sport Plus are very excited to work closely with the staff and players at Volleyball Australia to design the new National look”, said Sport Plus Erreà Australasia’s Lorraine Mendonca.
